Commerce has partnered with Bolton & Company, one of the nation's largest employee-owned insurance brokers for over 75 years, to provide our members with broad insurance coverage with high limits through top rated carriers.

This group purchasing plan provides higher limits and more competitive rates than other typical individual policies. It meets the needs of property owners and managers who want to streamline coverages and pricing, whether for single buildings or large portfolios. In addition to the Property Program, we also offer a separate Earthquake & Flood Program as an option (see link at right).

Properties in every state are eligible, and most common types of properties can be insured. These include nearly all types of commercial and industrial properties, hotel, parking structures, and liability for vacant land. We do not insure habitational property, such as apartments and condominiums.
